PRANA 2027 is a seven-day Kundalini Yoga and heart activation retreat held in the lush jungle of Costa Rica's Diamante Valley. This retreat invites participants to step out of the noise of modern life and enter a more ancient rhythm, where the breath, body, and land become guides into deeper presence, vitality, and truth.
Over the course of the week, participants are immersed in a powerful rhythm of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra, pranic expansion, ceremony, ecstatic dance, sound healing, waterfall immersion, and organic farm-to-table meals. The experience is designed to awaken the wild heart, open the body, clear the mind, and create space for deep rejuvenation of the nervous system and spirit.
Held by Liya Garber and the Aura Kundalini Yoga community, PRANA is more than a retreat — it is a portal, an initiation, and an adventure for the soul. The container blends disciplined daily practice with joy, play, rest, nature immersion, and heart-centered connection, offering the opportunity to come fully alive in the beauty and intelligence of the Costa Rican jungle.
