From February 5–10, 2026, join us at HOLOS Global in Costa Rica for a five-day Transpersonal Immersion retreat that weaves together ancient wisdom, modern psychology, and nature’s healing presence.
This year, we are honored to welcome Dr. Christopher Bache—professor, philosopher, and pioneering consciousness researcher—as our keynote teacher. His presence will help guide participants in understanding their ceremonial experiences through the lens of transpersonal theory, deep time, and the evolution of consciousness. We’re also honored to welcome author and evolutionary guide Samantha Sweetwater, who will offer a reading from her new book True Human.
Anchored in the pioneering work of Stanislav Grof and the lineage of transpersonal psychology, this gathering offers a rare opportunity to explore holotropic states, integrate profound insights, and connect with a global community of changemakers. The retreat with two Wixarika Hikuri Ceremonies on the 6th and the 8th, and a nourishing space for integration, reflection, and renewal.
Your journey will include:
Ceremonies & Rituals: Wixarika Ceremony, Temescal, Sound Healing, Blue Clay Ritual, and Fire & Song night.
Transformative Practices: Holotropic Breathwork workshop, optional yoga, and community sharing circles.
Teachings & Dialogue: Learning Sessions and Integration Practices with Dr. Christopher Bache.
Nature Immersion: Time for rest, reflection, and guided waterfall excursions on the sacred HOLOS land.
Community Connection: Gatherings that foster authentic sharing, deep listening, and co-creation.
By the end of this immersion, participants will not only deepen their understanding of transpersonal psychology but also leave with tools for integration, clarity about their personal role in collective transformation, and renewed connection to self, community, and the natural world.
This is more than a retreat. It is a living experience of wholeness, vision, and transformation.
Stay in one of our glamping nests for the whole retreat.
