Journey to Your Sacred Heart is a seven-day immersion at Goddess Falls Holos Retreat Center in the Diamante Valley of Costa Rica. Held on sacred jungle land surrounded by waterfalls, forest, and the living presence of nature, this retreat invites participants to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the deepest intelligence of the heart.
Over the course of the week, participants are guided through heart-led teachings, self-inquiry, sacred ceremony, group sharing, movement, meditation, writing practices, and immersive nature experiences. The retreat is designed as a supportive container for heart expansion, soul remembrance, and embodied renewal — a space to soften survival patterns, reconnect with love, and remember one's divine humanity.
This retreat is the fruit of Mark and Marcia Mariner's thirty years of work as therapists, coaches, and group facilitators. Their work explores the five dimensions of the heart, with the sacred heart understood as the most luminous dimension: the place where humanness and divinity become one lived experience.
It is offered both as a personal journey for those wishing to deepen their own embodied heart practice, and as a training experience for facilitators, coaches, therapists, healers, lightworkers, and guides who feel called to bring this work into their own offerings with clarity, integrity, and presence.

Mark and Marcia Mariner bring thirty years of experience as therapists, coaches, and group facilitators. Their work is rooted in the belief that a positive core resides within every human being, and they have devoted their lives to developing experiential tools that help individuals embody their full potential and unique contribution to the world. Through decades of research and inner work they identified five dimensions of the heart, with the sacred heart as the culmination — and this retreat is a direct transmission of that work.

Micaela Mariner supports the retreat as both a participant and a leader of the rituals that have supported the emergence of her own sacred heart. Her work weaves breath, yoga, qi-gong, dance, authenticity, joy, and emotional honesty as pathways for rooting expansion into the body — creating spaces where others on the healing path feel less alone and more deeply connected to their true nature.

Daily rhythm
Arrival (October 4): participants arrive in Costa Rica and are brought by shared shuttle from the San José / SJO area to Holos — a day to land, settle into the jungle, orient to the land, and begin entering the retreat container. Retreat days: heart-led teachings, sacred gathering, group sharing, breathwork, movement, meditation, writing practices, cacao ceremony, optional microdose ceremony, and nature immersion — balancing structured inner work with spacious time on the land. Integration & departure (October 11): the closing phase supports integration, reflection, and preparing to return home with a deeper embodied connection to the sacred heart.
- A non-refundable $500 deposit secures your place, with monthly payments toward the balance; the final balance is due before the retreat start date.
