Envision Festival can be expansive, activating, and deeply impactful. This post-festival integration retreat offers a space to slow down, rest, and allow the experience to settle into the body and nervous system.
Rather than transitioning immediately back into daily life, guests are invited to remain on the land and integrate their experience with care.
Envision Decompression and Integration Stays
Guests arrive on the afternoon of March 5 and stay on the land through the morning of March 7.
These post-Envision Festival stays in Costa Rica are designed for:

What Is Included in the Decompression Experience
Waterfall Experiences
Guided waterfall excursions offer grounding and immersion in fresh water, supporting recalibration of the nervous system after the stimulation of the festival.
Farm-to-Table Meals
Farm-to-table meals are available for guests throughout the stay and are prepared with locally sourced ingredients in a simple and nourishing format.
Meals are offered separately and can be purchased on-site via QR code for ease and flexibility.
Integration Circles
Facilitated circles provide structured time for reflection and optional sharing in a grounded environment.
Yoga Sessions
Yoga practices support embodiment, breath awareness, and gentle movement to recalibrate after days of festival activity.
Location and Access for Envision Festival 2026
Holos Costa Rica is located in the Diamante Valley in Costa Rica’s southern zone, within driving distance of the Envision Festival area.
Most guests arrive via San José or Liberia International Airport and travel south along the coastal Costanera Sur before turning inland toward Tinamaste. From the Uvita and Dominical area, the drive typically takes between one and one and a half hours.
The final portion of the journey includes rural roads. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, particularly for waterfall excursions and seasonal conditions. Guests may navigate using Google Maps or Waze by entering “Holos Basecamp.” Final arrival instructions and gate details are shared after registration.
