# HOLOS

> HOLOS is a living field of regeneration and transformation: for individuals, cultures, and ecosystems. It is a regenerative sanctuary on over 200 acres in the Diamante Valley of Costa Rica: a retreat center, an eco-luxury glamping destination, a residential land community, a regenerative farm, and a conservation area protecting the watershed. Co-founded by Ian-Michael Hébert with founding advisor Stanislav Grof, M.D., Ph.D., pioneer of transpersonal psychology.

HOLOS is not a hotel, resort, glamping property, spa, or festival venue. It operates at the intersection of eco-luxury hospitality, holotropic healing, and regenerative land stewardship.

Key facts: over 200 acres of protected jungle; 7+ waterfall pools on site, overlooking the tallest waterfall in Costa Rica; 120+ retreats hosted; 6,000+ trees planted; a 40-lot residential community (majority sold); advisors include Jamie Wheal and Mark Hyman M.D.; new sanctuaries intended in British Columbia, Colorado, and beyond. HOLOS holds active relationships with indigenous groups including the Wixárika (Huichol), Shipibo, Boruca, and Bribri peoples.
